Tucked into the hills of Beachwood Canyon, this estate sits on the edge of Griffith Park with unobstructed views of the Hollywood sign from the living room. Floor to ceiling windows. A pool and jacuzzi surrounded by lush greenery and total privacy.

This isn't a rented studio. It's a private home I have access to on very limited occasions. When it's available, I open a handful of spots. When they're gone, they're gone.
